House Thoughts

Here is a list of things John & I would like to change to fix-up in the house

House thoughts

1. Running toilet & shower in downstairs bathroom

2. Flooring in upstairs bathroom
2a. New shower walls upstairs
2b. Remove side wall of little closet to make it more open

3. Fix central heat and air in house

4. Garage doors

5. New lights fixtures throughout house (except downstairs bathroom)
5a. New fixture on front & back porch

6. Two small rooms into 1 large room
6a. New closet for new room

7. Expand master bedroom closet

8. New banister up the stairs & hallway

9. Seal off balcony doors and pull down balcony

10. Privacy fencing both sides of yard (upper only)
10a. Privacy fence the front and run fencing up driveway

11. Replace chain fence in backyard

12. Get rid of all brush in backyard and start growing grass

13. Patio off back door
13a. New back door (possibly glass)

14. All junk on sides of house must go and start growing grass again

15. Appliances in kitchen - frig, stove, dishwasher

16. New front loading washer & dryer set

17b. New doors for laundry area

18. Front porch roof fixed

19. Swimming pool in backyard for kids!!!!!!

21. Remove all bushes and plants along front of house
21a. Plant either hedges along front of house or some type of rock flowers garden

22. Put shelves in end closet for extra storage

23. Build a storage bench under window in upstairs hallway

28. Either replace or paint all baseboards, beams, and trim work

31. Ceramic Flooring in kitchen & downstairs bath matching (possibly match upstairs as well)

32. Multiple four wheelers

33. Cut sunroof hole
33a. Possibly put in second sunroof on opposite side

34. Change track lights to ceiling mounts

35. Install bead board in office

36. Programmable thermostat

37. Convert front closet to mud room

38. Replace or paint all bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, downstairs light)
