1. Running toilet & shower in downstairs bathroom

Our Home

The Sowers family has received a generous offer from my parents.  They fill their home is no longer suitable for them because it is only my mom and dad.  With our children going to Berryhill Schools, and participating in sports in the community. They have offered the home (I grew-up in) to us.  The only thing we do is continue to pay the mortgage.

I have set-up this blog to document the transformation of the home.  See back in August, they had a kitchen fire cased by the neighbors tree falling down.  The insurance company will be doing some work on the home, but with it going to be OUR home now we want to make some changes as well.

The first set of pictures will  be what the home looks like now, the second set of pictures will be what the insurance company as fixed, and finally the last set of pictures will be what we have completed on the home.
